An innovative cooperative initiative that prioritizes community safety while respecting individual privacy. This program empowers residents and businesses to actively contribute to crime prevention and support the pursuit of justice in Ascension Parish while adhering to strict guidelines. Central to the program's foundation is the understanding that the security camera systems voluntarily registered are solely intended for security purposes. The program emphasizes the responsible use of footage from these cameras, ensuring that private spaces remain respected and untouched.
By participating in Eyes on Ascension, you can rest assured that the program is designed to work within the boundaries of privacy rights. Your registered security camera becomes a valuable asset in the event of a crime, allowing law enforcement agencies to access pertinent footage without encroaching on personal lives or private spaces.
Let us forge a path where community safety and individual privacy coexist harmoniously. Join the Eyes on Ascension program and play an active role in safeguarding our parish, knowing that privacy remains a paramount concern every step of the way.
